TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") govern the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the purchase contract concluded between the seller, which is a student company REN (hereinafter "seller" or "REN") and the buyer, the subject of which is purchase and sale of goods, including purchase and sale of goods via the seller's online store.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER CONTRACTS CONCLUDED WITH CONSUMERS
1. General provisions
a. All provisions contained in this part of the terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the consumer (hereinafter also referred to as the "client" or "buyer") and REN, regardless of their legal content, and are based on applicable law. Any changes are possible only in the form of individual written provisions, signed by the client and REN. The REN Terms and Conditions are published on the website http://renslovakia.sk, in the "Terms and Conditions" tab.
b. Business conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract. They come into force from the moment the order is started and expire on the day of liquidation of the REN. Outside this period, the contract is invalid.
2. Rights and obligations of the seller
a. The seller is obliged to accept the order no later than 5 working days from the date of launch of the order.
b. The seller is obliged to deliver the order within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
c. The seller is obliged to return the money for the product within 14 days upon proving the proof of purchase of goods by the appropriate block or invoice.
d. The seller has the right to reject point 2c if the product has been visibly damaged by the buyer.
e. The seller is obliged to provide a warranty for 2 years for its entire range, and the warranty is valid only in the case of a manufacturing error, delivery of bad smell, delivery of bad goods and other complications that arose independently of the buyer's activities. Otherwise, the seller has the right to refuse to accept the complaint.
f. The seller is obliged to handle each complaint case no later than 30 days from the submission of the complaint request, including the receipt of the complaint and the provision of compensation in the form of a refund or reduction of the price of the next order by the appropriate amount of the customer's choice.
3. Rights and obligations of the buyer.
b. The buyer has the right to request a full refund in case of violation of point 2a or 2b. In the event that point 2b has been violated due to non-collection of the order at the local post office of the buyer, this obligation to the seller is waived.
c. The buyer assumes responsibility for all consequences of using the product, except for damage to the packaging that was not caused by its normal use.
d. In the case of a request for a complaint or a refund, the buyer is obliged to prove his proof of purchase. Otherwise, the buyer has the right to reject this request in full.
